Qualifications

• Experience within residential development, housebuilding or civil engineering environments.
• Strong background in infrastructure, highways, drainage and utilities coordination.
• Experience managing consultants, technical design packages and engineering approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, infrastructure and drainage packages across residential developments.
• Oversee S278, S38 and S104 agreements alongside planning and statutory approvals.
• Manage engineering risks, programme delivery, budgets and cost control.
