Collins Aerospace seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for Passenger Verification to lead the engineering organisation behind SelfPass and VeriPax. You will guide cross-functional teams delivering identity and verification solutions used in airports, partnering with Product, Architecture, and Cloud groups to align strategy with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams delivering complex software products.
• Experience across full software lifecycle from requirements and design to production support.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to translate product priorities into credible plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across software development, QA/SDET, and cloud systems engineering for SelfPass and VeriPax.
• Ensure predictable execution against roadmaps through planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Own end-to-end software delivery lifecycle including design, development, verification, release and maintenance.
• Promote software quality with automated testing, CI/CD, and production-ready releases.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Cyber Security, and Cloud teams to align strategy and execution.
