RTX, the parent company of Collins Aerospace, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for Passenger Verification within the Airports portfolio. You will lead SelfPass and VeriPax development, guiding cross-functional teams across software, QA, and cloud systems to deliver reliable, secure passenger identity solutions.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, and Cyber Security to translate roadmaps into actionable plans, improve software delivery, and advance industry initiatives like IATA One

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead engineering teams delivering high-quality software.
• Experience aligning product priorities with technical execution.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and software quality practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering team across software, QA/SDET, and cloud systems.
• Drive execution against roadmaps with credible planning and risk management.
• Own full SDLC, from requirements to release and maintenance.
• Establish a culture of software quality and automated testing.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Cyber Security, Cloud and other teams.
• Translate product needs into executable engineering plans.
