Job summary

Murphy is recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function for Norfolk Offshore Wind Zone, overseeing design, quality assurance and SHESQ across on- and off-site activities.

You will drive Better Engineered initiatives, manage internal and external designers, and set project delivery strategies to mitigate technical risks while advancing BIM/GIS and digital field tool adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical leadership and BIM/GIS knowledge.
• Experience with design management policies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering function on and off site for the business unit.
• Implement the Better Engineered programme and 10-year plan.
• Develop project delivery strategies and manage technical risks.
