Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities
• Empathetic leadership style focused on developing others
• Hands-on Go experience and system design capability
• Experience building complex, scalable, high-performance products
• Proven ability to work asynchronously with global teams

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop technical design with engineers
• Hands-on coding for core product features
• Manage day-to-day activities of the engineering team in Agile/Scrum
• Coach and mentor engineers with regular 1:1s and training recommendations
• Develop a high-performing team through performance management and feedback
• Support hiring and grow the engineering team
• Report development, quality, operations, and system performance status to management
