Senior Engineering Manager

AWE is excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our TE&TD function, supporting the delivery of the Trials, Test, and Experiments programme. Location – RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.

Package: £47,690 - £60,000 (depending on suitability, qualifications, and experience)

Working pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight. We consider flexible working requests to help you balance work and lifestyle. Please specify your preferred working pattern in your application.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills, experience, and behaviors:

• Engage with operations and maintenance teams to identify improvement areas.
• Review and improve working practices.
• Simplify configuration control practices.
• Lead a team to deliver programmes of work alongside operational teams.
• Communicate best practices across multiple teams and locations.
