Job summary
Sulzer is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive innovation and technical excellence across Steam Turbines and Compressors for Services EUA within Europe & Africa. You will shape strategy, build relationships with global specialist teams and external partners, and ensure delivery of high-impact, reliable service solutions.
You will lead capability development, address technical risks, and influence engineering standards in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in rotating equipment OEM or service environments.
- Minimum 10 years in steam turbines and/or centrifugal compressors design.
- Experience with repair, retrofit, aftermarket projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering strategy and innovation for Compressors within Services EUA.
- Coordinate with global Sulzer specialist teams and external partners.
- Develop competencies to support current and future service needs.
- Identify risks and opportunities in STC repair and upgrade solutions.
- Establish best-practice engineering processes for quality, safety, compliance.
- Influence standards, processes and priorities aligned with Sulzer's strategy.
