Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive innovation and technical strategy for Steam Turbines and Compressors in Services EUA. You will lead cross‑regional engineering initiatives, work with global teams and external partners, and guide capabilities to support high‑value service growth through repair, retrofit and reverse‑engineering solutions.

This role blends technical leadership with commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leader with breadth in steam turbines and compressors.
• 15+ years in rotating equipment OEM or service environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across global matrix organisations.
• Industrial standards knowledge and project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and innovation for Compressors within EUA Services.
• Coordinate with global engineering teams and external partners.
• Develop competencies to support service growth including repair and retrofit.
• Identify risks and commercial opportunities in STC solutions.
• Establish best-practice processes ensuring quality and safety.
