Job Description

Senior Engineering Geologist position has become available to bridge the gap between the geotechnical design team and contaminated land team for one of the UK’s most respected Ground Engineering Consultancies, located in central London.

As a Senior Engineering Geologist, your role will be fast-paced and involve all aspects of technical delivery, commercial management, development, and mentoring junior engineers.

The technical responsibilities of a Senior Engineering Geologist include linking both Geo-Environmental and Geotechnical teams, offering exposure to areas such as:

• Technical reporting, including interpretation, assessments, and data logging
• 3D ground modelling
• Risk assessments
• Design and analysis for ground engineering and contaminated land projects
• Slope stability analysis
• Remediation strategies

This position is suitable for a Senior Engineering Geologist with approximately 5-10 years of UK GI/Consultancy experience in complex engineering projects, both in the UK and internationally.

You should be an ambitious individual, client-facing, with a degree, and either chartered or pursuing chartership.
