Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engineering Controls or related technical discipline.
• Delivery of technical projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of controls platforms and automation.
• Experience managing external suppliers and contractors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance engineering controls and BMS platforms across the estate.
• Create and maintain industry-leading technical standards aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, property, and IT stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and cost-effective improvements.
• Lead the development of short-, medium-, and long-term controls strategies.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Produce technical specifications and support project delivery.
• Develop business cases for new technologies and trials.
• Support energy reduction programmes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and best practice.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt emerging technologies.
