Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd is recruiting a BMS & Controls Manager for a flagship London site. You will oversee the BMS and related controls, driving performance and efficiency across a large, high-profile estate.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of building controls and hands-on experience with systems like Trend, Siemens and Tridium. You will manage two direct reports and deliver a maintenance programme that meets design specs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a BMS or Controls Manager role (client-side or FM).
• In-depth knowledge of control systems and building services (Trend, Siemens, Tridium, etc.).
• Strong technical background, ideally electrical or mechanical qualification.
