Evolve Talent Search Ltd is recruiting a BMS & Controls Manager for a prestigious London site. You will oversee the BMS infrastructure and lead two direct reports, delivering maintenance and optimisation programs to maximise performance and efficiency.

The role requires extensive experience with building controls and knowledge of Trend, Siemens, and Tridium, plus a strong electrical/mechanical background. A senior, client-facing position with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

We're working with a global facilities management leader to recruit a BMS & Controls Manager for one of the most prestigious and technology-driven commercial sites in London.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of building controls and a passion for driving performance, innovation, and efficiency across a large, high-profile estate.

The Role

• Overseeing the site's BMS and associated controls infrastructure
• Managing two direct reports within the controls function
• Developing and delivering a comprehensive BMS maintenance and optimisation programme
• Monitoring system performance, reviewing alarms, and ensuring environmental conditions meet design specifications

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in a BMS or Controls Manager role (client-side or FM)
• Indepth knowledge of control systems and building services (Trend, Siemens, Tridium, etc.)
• Strong technical background, ideally electrical or mechanical qualification
