Job summary

Elanco seeks a Senior Advisor – Engineering to serve as a technical expert within the Small Molecule Network. You will guide European and APAC sites, optimize equipment and processes, and support future capital asset planning.

You will mentor engineers, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and tackle complex challenges across global manufacturing. Travel up to 30% is expected to support site visits, trainings, and technology transfers. Strong English communication and advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance on manufacturing equipment and processes for SMN sites in Europe and APAC.
• Lead capital project evaluations and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and vendor interactions.
