Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other related Physical or Life Science.
• 5+ years of laboratory operations experience demonstrating a successful track record of continuous improvement projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; ability to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Collaborative team player adaptable to evolving business needs.

Aufgaben

• Lead and implement Process Improvements: spearhead cross-functional projects to enhance QC processes and capacity planning across the QC Network.
• Train and mentor on Operational Excellence: build organizational capability in continuous improvement and lean techniques across all levels.
• Drive QC optimization and efficiency: evaluate and simplify QC operations using metrics and testing strategy; identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration: partner with stakeholders across supply chain, regulatory, IT, governance, and data teams.
• Promote an Operational Excellence culture: engage teams with GEMBA walks, visual boards, and governance meetings to drive continuous improvement.
