You will oversee external consultants, liaise with authorities, and ensure designs meet technical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Civil Engineer with residential development experience.
• Knowledge of Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering design of new housing developments from land acquisition to site completion.
• Oversee external consultants, review designs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with local authorities, statutory bodies and contractors to progress approvals.
• Support delivery on-site with engineering solutions that are safe and viable.
• Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.
