Job summary

DCS Recruitment is seeking a Senior Engineer / Package Manager for a major infrastructure project at Old Oak Common, London. You will lead two Package Managers and an Assistant Package Manager, coordinating roofing, façade and structural steel works while ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.

You will oversee design coordination, subcontractor performance and interface management across packages, with strong leadership, communication and NEC contract knowledge essential for delivery.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience delivering major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience managing roofing systems, façades and structural steel packages.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
• CSCS card is required.

Responsibilities

Lead Specialist Construction Packages at Old Oak Common

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer / Package Manager to join a major infrastructure project at Old Oak Common.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in roofing systems, façades and structural steel packages to take ownership of specialist works, coordinate subcontractors and lead a team of two Package Managers and one Assistant Package Manager.

Applicants should be based locally to Old Oak Common or within a practical commuting distance of the site.

The Role

You will oversee the delivery of allocated construction packages, coordinating design and site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.

• Rail or major infrastructure interfaces, including Network Rail or HS2.
• Temporary works and lifting operations.
