Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is sourcing a Senior Engineer for a water treatment project in Hampshire. The role focuses on earthworks, concrete works and environmental considerations, with day-rate responsibilities in a busy field site.

You will record keep refurbishment works, review RAMS/ITPs, mentor graduates, maintain QA docs, liaise with senior management and subcontractors, and ensure QA/HSE standards are met throughout the project.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience within civil engineering
• Understanding of the water treatment industry or AMP8 desirable
• CSCS required
• HNC/ HND in engineering or construction related topic

Day Rate: £400 - £450/day

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Engineer with earthworks, concrete and environmental experience to get started immediately in the Hampshire area on Water treatment project.

Senior Engineer Role:

• Record keeping for refurbishment works including earthworks, retaining walls, RC works
• Reviewing RAMS, ITPs, producing as builts
• Managing and mentoring graduate engineers
• Preparing and maintaining QA documentation
• Liaising with the senior management team
• Liaising with the specialist civil engineering subcontractors
• Managing subcontractors; checking and maintaining QA and HSE standards

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience within civil engineering, preferably in the environmental sector
• An understanding of the water treatment industry or the AMP8 framework is desirable
• CSCS
