Job summary

Gearing Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineer for an immediate start on a water treatment project in Totton, Hampshire. The role focuses on earthworks, concrete and environmental aspects with hands-on responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in civil engineering (environmental sector preferred).
• Desirable knowledge of water treatment industry or AMP8 framework.
• CSCS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping for refurbishment works including earthworks, retaining walls, RC works.
• Review RAMS and ITPs, produce as-built documentation.
• Managing and mentoring graduate engineers.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation.
• Liaise with senior management and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractors; ensure QA and HSE standards are met.
