Involve Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the project delivery team for a long-term UK infrastructure framework focused on wastewater upgrades in South Wales.

You will provide technical leadership, ensuring safety, quality and delivery across site activities and coordination with project managers and subcontractors. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and extensive site-based experience in heavy infrastructure, with a track record of leading engineering work on major

• A Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Significant site-based experience within civil engineering or heavy infrastructure.
• Previous experience working in a Senior Engineer or similar engineering position.
• Experience delivering major civil engineering projects, ideally within water, wastewater, utilities or other heavy infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering standards and quality requirements.
• Experience with setting out, surveying and engineering control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with project managers, site teams, designers and subcontractors.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving engineering and delivery issues.
• A strong commitment to Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.

We are currently working with a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor with an extensive track record of delivering major UK infrastructure projects.

The business is delivering a long-term, five-year framework across South Wales, focused predominantly on major wastewater infrastructure, upgrades and improvements across the region. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Engineer to join their project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Engineer to take a key role in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, working alongside an experienced project team and contributing to the successful delivery of a long-term framework.

The Role:

As Senior Engineer, you will provide technical and engineering support across project delivery, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Management team and wider engineering function.
