We are looking for a Senior BMS & Electrical Systems Engineer to join Schneider Electric’s Digital Services Remote Operations team.
This is a proactive engineering role focused on remotely monitoring and analysing sophisticated electrical and Building Management Systems across a portfolio of major customers. You will use system data, diagnostics and analytics to identify issues, improve reliability, uncover energy-saving opportunities and help customers get more from their assets.
Internally, the position is titled Senior Engineer I, Digital Services Remote Operations.
You will support an assigned portfolio of customers, including large and complex organisations operating multiple Schneider Electric systems.
You will have a strong engineering background in one or more of the following areas:
You do not need to come from a purely hands‑on installation background. This role is focused on understanding how systems are performing, analysing the information available and turning that insight into meaningful action for the customer.
This is a UK-based role.
The position is primarily focused on remote monitoring, diagnostics and customer support, rather than regular site‑based engineering.
You will have flexibility to work from home depending on your location and team requirements, with preferred locations around Warrington, Telford or London.
Most customer support is delivered remotely, although occasional customer visits may be required where this adds value.
There is no shift pattern, with the team working standard office hours.
You will join a team working across electrical engineering, building technology, analytics and digital services.

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 50,400 - GBP 75,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
