Job summary

KL Property Management Limited is seeking an Assist Manager to supervise a team of technicians and oversee repair, maintenance, improvement, and renovation works for the property.

You will provide technical support to Estates/Property Managers, handle builder works, electrical and mechanical issues, and monitor contractor performance. A strong engineering degree and electrical qualification are required; fluency in English and Chinese and good PC skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Higher Diploma in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in E&M repair and maintenance.
• Experience with building automation systems is an advantage.
• Registered electrical worker Grade A or above.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in PC applications.
• Independent, initiative and able to work under pressure.
• Less experience will be considered as Technical Officer.

Assist and provide technical advice and support to Estates/Property Managers on all aspects of repair and maintenance in particular on builder works, electrical, and mechanical issues;

Monitor the performance of contractors.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder major in Engineering or Higher Diploma in relevant engineering discipline;

Minimum 5 years solid experience in E&M repair and maintenance works at various residential or commercial building, experience in building automation system will be an advantage;

Registered electrical worker qualified for grade A work or above;

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese;

Proficiency in PC application;

Independent, initiative & able to work under pressure

Less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
