Job summary

The Pensions Regulator is seeking an Engagement Business Lead in Brighton, hybrid with in-office presence. You will lead stakeholder engagement, shaping engagement with the pensions industry to deliver outcomes for savers and influence policy in a changing regulatory landscape.

You will manage a specialist team, work across Marketing and Engagement, Public Affairs and the wider organisation, and ensure insight informs strategic decision making during significant reform.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in corporate stakeholder engagement within a complex, high-stakes environment.
• Experience of working with very senior stakeholders and collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to influence, challenge constructively and negotiate priorities and trade-offs.
• Leadership experience with the judgement to provide direction and clarity through ambiguity and change.
• Ability to understand and navigate complex organisational, regulatory or reform environments.
• Experience of translating organisational objectives into clear engagement strategies and delivery plans.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and explain complex issues clearly.
