Workday Financials Engagement Manager - Contract

The Role:

These folks have a reputation as a Rolls Royce of the Consulting world for a reason. This isn't just implementation, their Workday Financials team bring together business process and technology change to transform businesses across multiple sectors.

Engagement Managers combine functional expertise, project management, and client relationship management to ensure the success of a Workday implementation. So you'll be driving adoption, training and maximizing the effective use of Workday during periods of significant change and transformation in the finance function.

What Experience You'll Need:

• A background in Workday Financials, you'll understand functionalities, best practices and have experience of training teams up to C-suite level in how to get the most out of the system.
• Experience in Finance Transformation in Consulting, SI or end user, with previous experience on Workday Financials implementations for large-scale transformation projects.
• Both a project manager and a storyteller - you'll lead the success of this implementation, driving user adoption, training, satisfaction and proficiency.

Rate: £750-950/day (PAYE/inside IR35)

Location: London, hybrid working - c. 50% onsite.
