Job summary

Korn Ferry in London is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant – Engagement Management to lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale client engagements. You will work closely with Client Partners and multidisciplinary teams to bring structure and momentum to complex programmes, ensuring commercial soundness and excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex consulting engagements.
• Coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong project and programme management disciplines.
• Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of client engagements from initiation through close.
• Build and manage integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, risks and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary Korn Ferry teams across geographies and solution areas.
• Act as key day-to-day client contact and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Bring together multiple workstreams to keep complex programmes moving.
• Track engagement financials including budgets, forecasts, billing and revenue recognition.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and change requests.
• Work with Client Partners to manage scope, expectations and outcomes.
