The position is a 4-5 month contract with a local authority, offering a rate of £48.48 per hour through an umbrella company.

Essential Qualifications Required

• Membership in a relevant professional body, such as the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  
• Evidence of ongoing professional development pertinent to planning and enforcement.
