Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in executive search or 360/270 recruitment.
• Exposure to Energy, Infrastructure, or Technology markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage senior passive candidates within clean energy.
• Source leads and market intel to support client development.
• Deliver high-quality retained and contingent search processes.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating recruitment deals.
• Work closely with founders and senior advisors on search strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key market figures.
