Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland in London is seeking a talented senior associate to join our growing corporate energy practice. You will work on challenging M&A, joint ventures and energy transition transactions for leading global clients, coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams across jurisdictions.

You will take responsibility early, draft key transaction documents and act as a trusted point of contact with clients and intermediaries throughout the deal lifecycle, with strong mentoring for

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in energy sector M&A/JVs.
• Experience handling cross-border, multi-party transactions.
• Able to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams across jurisdictions.
• Manage due diligence processes and draft key transaction documents.
• Work directly with clients and intermediaries as a trusted contact throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues within the team.
