Chadwick Nott is partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Managing Associate / Legal Director in energy for Exeter. The role offers a senior position within the Energy team, handling complex energy transactions and advising on regulatory matters across electricity, gas, heat and storage.

You'll work closely with commercial, construction, real estate and corporate colleagues, developing client relationships, winning new work and contributing to the growth of the practice in a dynamic

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years' PQE with strong Energy/Commercial/Projects/Infrastructure background.
• Experience advising on energy-sector contracts and transactions.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy projects and market developments.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic approach.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Track record of involvement in business development.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Collaborative approach and contribute to team growth.
