You will oversee contracts, billing, supplier performance and data integrity, ensuring best value and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Expert commercial and market insight to manage risk, control costs and inform decisions.
• Experience leading utility management activities and procurement processes.
• Ability to provide commercial advice and market intelligence for strategic decisions.
• Strong contract management and financial oversight across multi-year contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the Council's energy and water supply portfolio with effective contract and billing management.
• Act as the Council's SME on utility supply, providing market intelligence for decisions.
• Combine contract management, financial oversight, supplier engagement and data stewardship.
