Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC International is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster - Energy in London to support day-to-day operation and control of the energy claims function. The role focuses on timely, fair settlements while improving service and quality standards.

You will leverage energy claims experience, Lloyds market knowledge and strong communication skills to coordinate with underwriters, brokers and loss adjusters, ensuring adherence to policies and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of claims adjusting experience, including complex energy claims.
• Excellent knowledge of ECF for Lloyds and LIRMA markets.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with brokers, loss adjusters and lawyers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to Underwriters and Management to improve claim issue structures and risk information.
• Ensure Lloyds minimum standards are met and assist colleagues in progress.
• Maintain control of allocated claims within company policies and SLAs.
• Represent TMHCC at market meetings and conference calls as needed.
• Ensure fair treatment of customers and thorough logging of complaint-related issues.
• Undertake ad hoc activities and project work as required.
