Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking an End User Support Senior Engineer to provide expert, hands-on technical support across its brands in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role serves as a key escalation point for high‑complexity incidents and drives improvements in end-user experience on site in Belfast.

You will mentor junior engineers, resolve issues across software, hardware, and market data, and collaborate with IT teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical desktop support experience in financial markets.
• Strong proficiency with SCCM, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365.
• Experience with Market Data Systems (Bloomberg, LSEG, ICE) and AV tech.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware and market data issues.
• Act as senior escalation point for major incidents and guide juniors.
• Document progress in ServiceNow and ensure knowledge transfer.
