Mills & Reeve LLP's Manchester Employment Team is seeking a Senior Associate or Principal Associate with a strong track record in employment law to join and help drive growth.

You will lead on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work for corporate and education clients, supervise junior lawyers, deliver training and contribute to business development while mentoring talent in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' employment experience in a reputable firm.
• Substantive employment law practice with senior level responsibilities.
• Ability to lead on client work and mentor junior lawyers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and supervise a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work.
• Lead on business development opportunities and client relationships.
• Deliver training, seminars and updates to clients and targets.
• Support partners and supervise team members in Manchester.
