Job summary

Lex Exec is supporting a highly regarded London law firm with the continued growth of its Employment practice. This opportunity joins an established, collaborative team advising across employer-side and senior executive matters.

The work is varied and sophisticated, offering genuine scope to develop client relationships. Three days in the London office with flexibility, excellent training, and meaningful responsibility are provided.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–6 years PQE in Employment law; higher or lower ranges considered if the candidate demonstrates the right level of experience.
• Ability to handle a varied Employment caseload, advise clients directly, and own your work.
• Experience in an recognised Employment practice is advantageous; emphasis on technical ability, commercial judgement and personality rather than firm background.
• Australian and New Zealand qualified lawyers may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious Employment law matters.
• Provide corporate advisory support including transactional employment matters.
• Manage senior executive exits, negotiations and settlement agreements.
• Lead Employment Tribunal litigation, workplace investigations and restructurings.
• Advise businesses, financial services clients, partnerships and senior individuals.
• Collaborate with specialists in corporate, immigration and other practice areas.
