Lex Exec is supporting a highly regarded London law firm with the continued growth of its Employment practice.
This is an opportunity to join an established, collaborative team advising an impressive client base across both employer-side and senior executive matters.
The practice is busy, growing and benefits from strong internal referrals across the wider firm. The work is varied, sophisticated and offers genuine scope to develop your own client relationships.
What particularly stands out is the culture.
This is a firm that combines the quality and sophistication of a major London practice with a genuinely entrepreneurial, approachable working environment.
You can expect:
Ideally, you will have around 4–6 years PQE in Employment law, although we are very happy to consider lawyers outside that range who can demonstrate the right level of experience.
You should be comfortable handling a varied Employment caseload, advising clients directly and taking ownership of your work.
Experience gained in a recognised Employment practice would be advantageous, but the emphasis is on technical ability, commercial judgement and personality rather than a particular firm background.
We are also open to suitably experienced Australian and New Zealand qualified lawyers.
