Job summary

Lunaria Partners is advertising a Senior Employment Solicitor role. The position is fully remote and focuses on advising SMEs and larger businesses on the full range of employment issues, including restructures, TUPE transfers and tribunal work.

The team is senior and supportive, tech-driven and agile, offering balance and growth opportunities. The firm is investing in the practice, with a salary band of £68,000–£90,000 depending on PQE.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employment law support to SMEs and larger companies.
• Advise on business restructures and redundancies, including collective redundancies.
• Oversee discrimination and whistleblowing cases.
• Advise on TUPE transfers, including corporate support.
• Draft and advise on director service agreements, employment contracts and consultancy agreements, with good knowledge of employment status and IR35.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance processes and handle senior executive severances.
• Handle complex tribunal work.
