You will join a technology‑led, training‑oriented practice within a global firm environment, with flexible hours and direct client contact.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in employment law.
• Solid grounding in general employment matters including redundancy, unfair dismissal and discrimination.
• Experience handling Employment Tribunal matters and supervising juniors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of Employment Tribunal cases, including unfair dismissal and discrimination.
• Take ownership of key matters and work as an extension of in-house teams.
• Draft clear, precise submissions and communications for clients.
• Support training and development for trainees or paralegals where applicable.
