Job summary

Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited in Lincoln is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join their Employment team. You will handle a varied workload spanning contentious and non-contentious matters, advisory work, and support on transactional projects, while developing client relationships and contributing to business development.

You will take responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers, supervise paralegals, and work across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE specializing in employment law.
• Experience advising employers in a busy employment team is ideal.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to advise clients confidently and pragmatically.
• Commercially minded and relationship-focused, comfortable working across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Managing your own caseload and developing long-term client relationships.
• Supporting transactional teams on employment aspects of corporate, commercial, restructuring and insolvency matters.
• Assisting senior colleagues and mentoring junior team members.
