Slater + Gordon in Manchester is seeking a Lawyer to join our Employment team, with expertise in equality/discrimination and employment tribunals. You will advise on discrimination, redundancy and contracts, manage your own caseload, and lead complex negotiations.

Qualifications

Experience in equality/discrimination within employment law.
Experience of employment tribunals and managing client meetings.
Proficiency in employment law and ability to lead complex negotiations.
Knowledge of redundancy, restructuring, and TUPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Advise on discrimination, redundancy and contracts; review and draft contracts.
Negotiate settlements and support clients through their cases.
Manage your own caseload and provide top-class legal advice as required.
Lead client meetings and complex negotiations within employment law matters.
