As Part Of This Dynamic And Well-respected Department, Youll Work Closely With Both Employer And Employee Clients, Providing Expert Advice On

• Employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• Disciplinary and grievance issues
• Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
• TUPE and restructuring
• Settlement agreements
• Discrimination and whistleblowing claims

• 28 years PQE in Employment Law
• A strong understanding of employment legislation and tribunal procedures
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to legal work
