Our Procurement team is expanding, and we’re seeking a talented individual to join us during a period of global growth. Be part of a dynamic team that supports the Firm’s procurement needs, builds long-term supplier partnerships, and drives strategic development.

What You'll Do:
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and technology contracts.
• Collaborate with procurement teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and favourable terms.
• Provide expert legal guidance on data privacy issues in contracts.
• Mentor and support the development of our procurement legal team.
• Enhance contracting processes, policies, and standards.
• Work closely with the Office of General Counsel and Information Security teams on due diligence and compliance.
• Offer proactive legal support to stakeholders, enabling effective risk management.

Who We're Looking For:
• UK-qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE, ideally with experience working in-house.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, including technology and procurement agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law, data protection, and risk management.
• Pragmatic, business-focused legal advisor with excellent drafting skills.
• Collaborative professional with a proven ability to innovate and manage a busy workload.
