You will take an active lead on business development, oversee fee-earner performance, and work with the Head of Employment to set strategy and drive results.

Qualifications

• Have experience of dealing with contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Knowledge and experience of tribunal procedures and protocols.
• Experience with high-profile clients in employment law.
• Exceptional client care skills.
• Proactive management of matters and teams.
• Networking and client development capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage a personal caseload of complex employment matters and provide advocacy when needed.
• Lead team development and mentoring within the Employment department.
• Assist with setting team strategy and managing performance against financial targets.
• Supervise junior fee-earners and allocate matters to maintain capacity.
• Drive business development and client renewals; report on BD metrics.
