Job summary

Flint Bishop LLP in Leeds is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Employment Practice. You will manage a substantial and varied caseload, including advocacy where appropriate, and play a lead role in mentoring the team.

Reporting to the Head of Employment, you will drive business development, contribute to strategic direction, and help meet departmental targets while delivering high-quality employment advice to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Experience of dealing with contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Good knowledge of tribunal procedures and protocols.
• High level understanding of employment law for high-profile clients.
• Exceptional client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex employment matters.
• Provide employment law advice to education and commercial clients.
• Draft advice reports and settlement documentation.
• Assist clients with HR processes and procedures.
• Handle cases through tribunal proceedings.
• Provide support on employment issues arising in transactions.
• Supervise more junior fee-earners and share knowledge.
