Job summary

The Portfolio Group are recruiting a Senior Litigation Executive for Employment Law to manage high-level Employment Tribunal cases, with the role counting towards your QWE. This is a fast-paced, supportive environment offering top-tier corporate exposure.

You will handle own caseload from inception to resolution, draft ET3 responses, witness statements, and court bundles, while advising corporate clients on merits and commercial realities.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent, with LPC or BPTC qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail and confident communication style.
• Commercial mindset and dispute-resolution focus.

Responsibilities

• Take full conduct of own Employment Tribunal and Early Conciliation matters from start to finish.
• Draft ET3 responses, witness statements and tribunal applications.
• Manage trial preparation, including document disclosure and court bundles.

Law degree/GDL + LPC or BPTC
