Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Litigation Consultant specialising in employment law to join their field-based team.

The role offers a home‑based working arrangement with UK travel as required, and the opportunity to represent clients in Employment Tribunals across the country. The successful candidate will be a qualified Advocate with direct employment law experience, part of the UK Legal Team and working closely with the employment law advisory service, the Litigation

Qualifications

• Advocacy experience in employment law is required.
• Direct experience representing clients in employment tribunals is essential.
• Professional qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must hold a valid driving licence and work autonomously.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Review allocated claims in Employment Tribunal and prepare pleadings and bundles.
• Represent clients in Tribunals and hearings.
• Prepare cases and run trials in court.
• Assess client matters and identify risks including cost implications.
• Represent client interests and present arguments effectively.
