Bupa is seeking a Senior Legal Advisor, Employment Law to provide strategic, practical advice to People teams, legal colleagues and senior leaders across the organisation. You will lead employment law input for transformation projects and international changes, and manage complex litigation with external advisers when needed.
The role focuses on turning complex issues into actionable guidance, coaching junior colleagues, and exploring how data, digital tools and AI can improve legal services,
Qualifikationen
- Experienced solicitor with extensive specialist knowledge of English employment law.
- Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Experience managing employment tribunal cases and working with external law firms.
Aufgaben
- Provide strategic, practical and commercially aware employment law advice to People teams and senior leaders.
- Lead employment law input for transformation projects and international change.
- Manage employment litigation, coordinating with external advisers when needed.
- Develop junior members of the team through coaching and guidance.
