Service Care Legal is seeking a Senior Employment Associate to join its established team. The role involves advising on complex employment matters and supervising junior lawyers.

You will handle contentious and non-contentious work for senior executives and corporate clients, with exposure to strategic employment issues, M&A support, restructures, redundancies and related transactions.

Qualifikationen

• 6–9 years’ PQE with strong employment experience.
• Contentious and non-contentious expertise, ideally acting for both employers and senior employees.
• Strong academics and training.
• Small client following desirable.
• Commercial, ambitious and confident with excellent client skills.

• Advise on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Handle tribunal litigation, executive contracts, restructures, redundancies and corporate transactions.
• Advise senior executives and corporate clients on strategic employment issues.
• Support M&A, due diligence and corporate work.
• Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
