Chadwick Nott seeks an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join the Exeter team. You will advise on complex employment matters and lead Tribunal litigation in a collaborative, agile environment with opportunities for progression.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years' PQE in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
• Experience handling complex employment matters and Tribunal litigation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse caseload to tight deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and confidence advising HR teams and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for team growth.
• Willingness to engage in business development and relationship building.

Aufgaben

• Advise on employment status, contracts, handbooks and policy drafting.
• Manage redundancy, discrimination and workplace investigations.
• Oversee HR advisory support including grievances, disciplinaries, performance and sickness management.
• Lead Employment Tribunal claims from ACAS Early Conciliation through to appeals.
• Represent clients in Tribunals, mediations and other dispute resolution forums.
• Support corporate transactions, commercial matters and injunction/defamation issues.
• Provide legal updates, draft articles and advise on legislative changes.
• Collaborate with Knowledge and Paralegal teams to refine policies, templates and processes.
• Engage in business development and referrer relationship building.
