Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience gained within employment law.
• Strong technical knowledge covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Previous experience handling employment tribunal claims.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Team-oriented and able to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
• Well organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on a broad range of employment law and HR-related matters.
• Managing employment tribunal cases and supporting clients through litigation.
• Delivering practical and commercially focused employment law advice.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assisting with business development initiatives and client training programmes.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s wider national Employment team.
• Supporting clients across a variety of sectors on both strategic and day-to-day employment issues.
