I am excited to be working with a unique legal business seeking to expand its already high-performing team with additional hires of first-class employment lawyers.

This boutique firm operates across various areas, with core sectors including construction and building materials, healthcare, defence, and nuclear. It offers a highly collaborative environment with a strong team dynamic, supporting career development at all levels.

As an employment lawyer at this firm, you will:

1. Help grow and develop the employment law services, maximising opportunities and building long-term, fruitful relationships with both new and existing clients.
2. Advise daily on a wide range of routine and complex matters, contentious or non-contentious, covering all aspects of employment law.
3. Represent clients at employment tribunals and employment appeal tribunals, including advocacy responsibilities.
4. Manage a variety of clients' projects and handle their day-to-day employment matters.
5. Build and maintain relationships, develop new accounts, and provide innovative solutions, offering clients new ideas about employment law services, technology, approaches, and methodologies.

Skills & Qualifications sought:

• An experienced employment lawyer with a track record working with large private sector businesses.
• Ideally 5+ years’ Post Qualified Experience; more experience is welcome.
• A self-starter, able to work independently.
• Solid technical competence in employment law.
• Confident advising senior managers within large organisations.
• Up-to-date with modern working practices and understanding the pressures faced by busy managers.
• Personable and professional with a confident communication style.
• The right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
