Qualifications

Qualified Scottish solicitor with substantial post-qualification experience in employment law.
Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment work.
Ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers and manage high-stakes matters.

Responsibilities

Advise on complex employment matters for multinational clients (contentious & non-contentious).
Manage high-value Employment Tribunal litigation, including discrimination and unfair dismissal.
Advise on senior executive appointments, exits, settlements, covenants and disputes.
Provide strategic advice on corporate transactions, TUPE, restructuring and large-scale workforce change.
Lead cross-border projects and collaborate with international colleagues.
